About
the Presentations |
Springfield:
This evening’s topic is titled, “Implementing and Maturing
the PMO.” Kim will talk about the steps she took at the
State of Colorado to set up a PMO in her department and to
establish a statewide Project Management Users Group. The
majority of this presentation will focus on maturing the
established PMO including a discussion of the evolutionary
stages of a PMO, the PMO maturity model, and how to move
your PMO to the next level.
Bloomington:
This evening’s topic is titled, “Overcoming Resistance to a
New PMO.” Kim will talk about the benefits of implementing a
project management office and the steps she took at the
State of Colorado to set up a PMO in her department and to
establish a statewide Project Management Users Group. She’ll
spend a large portion of the presentation discussing
