About the Presentation |
|
In
many organizations, virtual teams are now officially the way
of things. Everything about such projects or operations is
more difficult than face-to-face teams, because the variety
of situations we face is so much greater. To manage these
teams effectively we must understand how and why they are
different, and we must use new tools to deal with those
differences. Fortunately, much of what we have to do
differently is relatively cheap and requires little
organizational support. In this presentation, Rick Brenner
provides a guided tour of these simple yet powerful
approaches to managing virtual teams for real results. |
